Thai Basil Stir Fry
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 2-3 Thai chilis (thinly sliced, add based on desired spice level)
- 4 cloves of garlic (thinly sliced)
- 1 lb of chicken (chopped or ground chicken)
- 1 Tbsp of Fish Sauce
- 2Tbsp of ABC® Sweet Soy Sauce
- 1/3 cup of chicken broth (may use water)
- 1 cup of fresh basil (thinly sliced)
Direction
- Add oil into a hot pan. Once hot, add in the chicken and stir fry until chicken browns (3-4 minutes).
- Stir in the garlic and the Thai chilis.
- Once the garlic has cooked, we will add all our sauces (ABC® Sweet Soy, Chicken Broth, and Fish Sauce).
- Continue to stir until the sauce begins to caramelize.
- Stir the basil into the pan and cook together. You can turn the heat off after 1 minute.
- Serve over white rice and a fried egg. Enjoy!!!
